Meet Your Teacher

I’m Jade Rowan, founder of Spirit Crystal Academy and creator of this course.

I've been fascinated by crystals since I was a little girl. I used to call them my sparkly rocks and if you'd told me back then that one day I'd be teaching crystal healing professionally, I would never have believed you.

That fascination never really left me. It simply grew into a lifelong passion and eventually became the work I feel privileged to do today.

In 2013, I completed my Advanced Diploma in Crystal Healing with The British Academy of Crystal Healing, a two-year in-person training that allowed me to truly immerse myself in the world of crystals, energy work and healing. This experience shaped the way I work with crystals today and helped me develop my own intuitive approach to crystal healing.

I founded Spirit Crystal Academy while living in Ibiza, where I spent 11 years deepening my own practice, working with crystals and creating a space to help others connect with their own intuition and energy.

Today, I continue that work from Scotland, bringing together my experience in crystal healing, Reiki and coaching to create practical, intuitive learning experiences that help people feel confident working with crystals.

I believe crystals are most powerful when you build your own relationship with them. My aim is to give you the knowledge, tools and confidence to create a practice that feels meaningful and personal to you.

I've never studied crystal healing before. Can I still join?

Absolutely.You don't need any previous experience before joining the course. We'll start right at the beginning and build your knowledge step by step, so you never feel like you're trying to catch up.Some students have only recently discovered crystals, while others have been collecting them for years. Wherever you're starting from, my role is to help you become a confident Crystal Healing Practitioner.

Do I have to become a professional Crystal Healing Practitioner?

Not at all.Some students dream of building a crystal healing business. Others simply want to understand crystals more deeply or use what they learn with family and friends.There isn't a right or wrong reason for joining the course. If you feel drawn to learn, that's enough.

What if I don't feel intuitive?

This is such a common worry.Many people think they need to be naturally psychic or highly intuitive before they can work with crystals, but I honestly don't believe that's true.Intuition isn't something you're born with or without. It's something you learn to recognise, trust and develop over time. That's exactly what we'll be doing together throughout the course.

What if I ask lots of questions?

Then you'll fit in perfectly!I genuinely love questions because they often lead to the best conversations and the biggest breakthroughs.One of the reasons I teach every workshop one-to-one is so you never have to worry about holding anyone else up. This is your learning journey, and I want you to leave every workshop understanding what we've covered.

What if I learn more slowly than someone else?

Then we simply slow down.One of the biggest advantages of learning one-to-one is that there isn't a classroom waiting for us to move on.Everyone learns differently. Some topics will click straight away, while others might need a little more time. That's completely normal, and there's never any pressure to rush through the course.

What if life gets in the way?

Life doesn't always go to plan, and that's okay. Most students complete the course in around six months, but you'll have up to twelve months to finish your training. If you need to rearrange the occasional workshop, just let me know. My aim is to make your learning enjoyable, not stressful.

Do I need a huge crystal collection before I begin?

Not at all.One of the things you'll discover throughout the course is that crystal healing isn't about owning hundreds of crystals. It's about understanding the ones you have and building a meaningful relationship with them.We'll talk about which crystals you'll need as we work through the course, giving you plenty of time to build your collection naturally. There's no expectation that you arrive with shelves full of crystals or spend a fortune before your first workshop.

What if I'm nervous about working with clients?

I'd actually be surprised if you weren't.That's why we don't just focus on knowledge. We spend six months building your confidence too. By the end of the course, you'll have practised what you've learned, completed case studies and experienced what it's actually like to facilitate a crystal healing session.

What happens after I complete the course?

That part is entirely up to you.Some students go on to build beautiful crystal healing businesses. Others weave crystal healing into the work they already do. Some simply continue learning and enjoying crystals for themselves.There isn't one path, and there doesn't need to be.My hope is simply that you leave the course feeling knowledgeable, confident and excited about wherever your journey with crystals takes you.

Why are all of the workshops taught live?

When I created the Crystal Healing Practitioner course, I knew one thing from the very beginning.I didn't want to create a course where students were left to work their way through hours of pre-recorded videos on their own.Crystal healing is such a personal journey. The best questions are usually the ones nobody planned to ask. Some topics click straight away, while others take a little more time. I wanted every student to feel comfortable asking questions, exploring ideas and learning at a pace that feels right for them.Teaching live also means I get to know every student as an individual. I see their confidence grow, celebrate those lightbulb moments and support them through the times when they doubt themselves.For me, that's what learning should feel like. A conversation, not just watching a screen.
